My Wife and I discovered this place not too long ago. We love their sandwiches and their prices. Apparently they haven't changed their menu is a number of years; why change something if it is working?
Pizza was good, thank goodness. However the over the phone service is not. Customer service can make or break business. One of the ladies that takes your order has no phone skills. But when it took my pizza an hour and 25 mins to get to my house and i called and they wouldn't answer and I hot hung up when they did. Then told us they were at my house and still 15 mins later clearly weren't. I am all about local, small businesses and supporting them. But nothing is worse when your hungry and so are your children and you get the run around and then blown off. No thank you. Second time getting burned by them. Never again!!!
Great place and great customer service when you go there and Alice is working.She take care of you as long as your there.Most of the time she always working by herself and still manage to give you 5 star service.So if you want great service from this place ask for Alice.
Excellent pizza. This place is a small building with a few tables. It does take some time for them to make a pizza. I called in an order and was told 30 minutes. I arrived at 35 minutes and she was just putting it in the oven. It's usually just a one person operation and they do not have a real pizza oven. None the less it was great pizza.
Quick and cheap. Nice folks behind the counter. Pizza and sammies aren't anything special. Great for a quick lunch or takeout. Delivery available to wintergreen.
